Pricing Structure
Our pricing structure is based on a percentage of the monthly rental income, with a minimum monthly fee. We offer three pricing plans: Basic, Premium, and Elite.
Basic Plan (5% of monthly rental income, min. $50/month)

Premium Plan (7% of monthly rental income, min. $75/month)

Additional Services
We offer additional services to complement our pricing plans. These services are billed separately and include:
- Lease Renewal Fee: $100 (Premium and Elite plans only)
- Tenant Placement Fee: 25% of one month's rent (Premium and Elite plans only)
- Property Preparation Fee: $500 (one-time fee for new properties)
- Eviction Services: $500 (plus costs and expenses)
- Accounting and Tax Services: custom quote

Payment Terms

- Notice Period: 30 days' written notice required for cancellation
- Cancellation Fee: $500 (if cancelled within the first 6 months)
